Italian Well, you know who started all this. Christopher Columbus sailed the blue and landed in the U.S. in 1492. He was born in Genoa in 1451. The Italian immigrants came to America even before that Italy was a unified nation. They love the Irish and Germans tend to assemble together. I’m glad they’ve come because I love Italian food. Indeed it is eh-tal-ion, not eye-tal-ion. Remember just that Italians are eh-tal-y, not eye-tal-y. As Asian people of color, Asians have had a difficult time in the USA.
