Hola amigos: Today I have a recipe for a delicious corn bread with marshmallows that I used to eat at Thanksgiving dinners. I found the cook of this delicious corn bread at a family gathering last month and asked her for the recipe. Here it is!

Ingredients
4 Jiff corn muffin mix boxes
1 can corn
1 can cream of corn
1 sour cream 8 oz.
1 stick of butter
marshmallows
Mix everything but the marshmallows and bake at 360 for 1 hour.
Add the marshmallows and back to baking for 10 minutes more.
Let it cool and enjoy!
